Who We Are at Ambassador Associates Distinctive Funeral Supplies has been serving funeral professionals with our quality and dependable products since 1957. We are a 4th generation family owned and operated business.
Veteran sales representative Charlie Sauer was with our company for over 60 years, offering superior funeral supplies and sales in the Northeast US and abroad. Charlie Sauer passed away on June 5, 2014, may God rest his soul. He was a US Army veteran of WWII, a devoted husband, father, and truly was an inspiration to all who met him. He was dedicated professional in funeral supply sales and loved working with funeral homes and funeral directors in their mission of providing comfort, consolation and hope to families who have lost a loved one.
Providing our unique line of funeral supplies and continuing Charlie's legacy is Carol Roper Poole. Carol has been selling funeral supplies for Ambassador Associates for well over 15 years. Like Charlie, Carol strives to provide friendly customer service and sales at competitive prices. Carol is dedicated in working along with funeral home owners and directors in getting the supply items needed to serve their families in a timely manner. On occasion, Carol Poole has the wonderful assistance, whether working in her office or traveling to clients and conventions, of her mother, Betty Roper and her daughter, Becca Poole, who help immensely in the continued success of Ambassador Associates.
