Who We Are at Ambassador Associates Distinctive Funeral Supplies has been serving funeral professionals with our quality and dependable products since 1957. We are a 5th generation family owned and operated business.
Veteran sales representative Charlie Sauer was with our company for over 60 years, offering superior funeral supplies and sales in the Northeast US and abroad. He was a US Army veteran of WWII, a devoted husband, father, and truly was an inspiration to all who met him. He was dedicated professional in funeral supply sales and loved working with funeral homes and funeral directors in their mission of providing comfort, consolation and hope to families who have lost a loved one. Charlie Sauer passed away on June 5, 2014, may God rest his soul.
Providing our unique line of funeral supplies and continuing Charlie's legacy is Carol Poole and Markie McMurtry. Carol has been selling funeral supplies for Ambassador Associates for well over 25 years. Markie joined Ambassador Associates in 2020, and has worked beside Carol, learning, understanding, and gaining knowledge about the funeral home industry. Markie has become familiar with the needs and demands of funeral homes. Markie and Carol strive to provide friendly customer service and products at competitive prices. Both ladies are dedicated in working with funeral home owners and directors, in getting clients supplies needed to serve their families in a timely and cost effective manner. Starting in January 2023, Markie will assume the sales responsibilities, as Carol will be retiring.

Our Guarantee
That’s the easy part. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, please return it, postage prepaid, within 30 days of the original shipping date, to Ambassador Associates for a full refund. Note: Some items ordered might have a 20% restocking fee that is controlled by the manufacturer we represent. In these instances, we will refund or credit your account, all except for the shipping and restocking fee for the products ordered.
